Our company strives to give our customers great customer service especially when it comes to shipping out your packages. In order for us to ensure that your package is delivered to you in a timely manner we suggest that you do the following:
- Please make sure that your address is inputted correctly.
- Please make sure that all abbreviations being used are inputted correctly.
- Please double check all unit numbers for buildings, apartments and suites.
We understand that mistakes can happen, so if you feel that you inputted the wrong address please make sure that you contact us via email at Customersupport@ShopMyWishLists.com to make the corrections as soon as possible. Please understand that customer service will try their best to fulfill your requests but if the request is not submitted in a timely manner, the customer will have to take sole responsibility for their loss of shipment. If for any reason the package is returned back as not deliverable, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus the shipping fee).
- Standard Shipping (3-6 Business Days)
- Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
Please note that once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped you will receive a conformation email with your tracking information. All priority packages will be shipped out the same day as long as the order was placed before 12 PM CST. If your order was placed after 12 PM CST the packages will be shipped out the next business day.
- International Shipping (2-6 Business Days)
International shipment rates will vary due to the location and weight of the package. Once you have finished checking out your shipping rate will be displayed in your shopping cart.
If for any reason your package states that it was delivered to you and you did not receive it, please contact your local United States Postal Office, UPS or DHL. We are not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the carrier states that it has been delivered.
***Effective April 1, 2021 ALL packages must be signed by the customer from the delivery carrier. This is to ensure that all customers have received their items.
