Why can't I add certain items to my shopping cart?

The item that you are trying to add to your shopping cart is sold out. Due to the items on our website, we are unable to specify if the items will be restocked.


I made an online order but I have not received a confirmation email?

If an order was successfully placed online you will be prompted to receive an order number immediately after checkout. An order confirmation email will be sent automatically to you via email. If you are unsure if your order was placed or not please contact us directly at customersupport@shopmywishlists.com before making another purchase. 


Can I make a phone order?

Currently our company is not set up to receive phone orders. All orders have to be made online through our secured site. 


If I live locally, can I come pick up or exchange my items that I purchased?

Unfortunately, at this moment we are not open to the public and we do not have a physical store. All mail will be shipped out directly to the customer and all returns and/or exchanges mailed back to the company has to follow the return policy. 


How do I apply the store coupon code?

When you are finished checking out please enter the coupon code into the "Discount Codes" box and click "apply". The system will confirm if the coupon code is valid and apply the discount towards your purchase. Only ONE  can be used for each order.  


If I forgot to submit my coupon code at checkout, can you go back and adjust the price?

Any coupon codes offered at the time MUST be applied during checkout. Once your order has been submitted online, we will not be able to go in and make the adjustments to your order. 


How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped between 1-2 business days unless you picked express shipment at checkout, your order will be shipped the same day if made before 12 pm CST.
